Thanks, James. I can't stress enough... I thought tokens/counters wouldn't work for me, and I never would have tried them if it weren't for the free FD token set for Keep on the Shadowfell. I didn't have a good mix of cardstock stand-ups, and I knew I needed to keep track of all those different types of kobolds and goblins, so I figured I'd give it a try.

I have been really amazed by how well the tokens/counters work for me. And I do think it has a lot to do with Pozas' clean, uncluttered style... my players bring tokens with art from WotC books, and my son has the D&D Starter Set tokens with art from the books, and I really don't like those... I find it hard to identify some of them from my end of the game table.

Keep 'em coming, and thanks for providing both the massive collections and the option of bare image file.

This is awesome. Glad you are getting use out of Claudio's hard work! I'm a big fan of his - even when his art is "cartoony" (I prefer "clean" or "uncluttered"), he always gives his characters and monsters a personality and history. Looking forward to Part 3.

It's a good thing you like tokens... you're going to be seeing a lot of them. :) Wait until I finish up part 3... the Litko Aero acrylic tokens are nifty.

Despite my preference for map-free combat management, I'm actually quite fond of tokens. I have a few of the FD collections from 3E, and I made numerous custom tokens for specific combats. This has been easy enough to do, since I use them infrequently and generally only for larger battles. I like your idea of gluing them to a base of some sort... I can think of a couple of combats where that would have been real handy.

Excepting a defunct and only partially-constructed Warhammer Fantasy army of dark elves and a couple of odds and ends otherwise, I don't own miniatures. It's never been worth my money, despite how much I enjoy painting them. I'm actually pretty decent at it... but it's time-consuming enough to come very low on my priority list.

To you want me to produce cardstock tokens for our characters? (Round?)
